Current Opportunities – Continued!

Picking up where we left off in our Current Opportunities update, we understand that not everyone reading these emails are Accredited Investors.

So, to make sure that no investor was left behind, we made a limited number of coffee farm parcels available, once again.

#2 COFFEE FARM PARCELS IN PANAMA

In February of 2020, we announced that for the first time since we were established in 2014, we were completely sold out of coffee parcels in Panama and cacao parcels in Belize.

In the months since the announcement, we have had to disappoint many people who were sophisticated investors, but not yet Accredited, or who had their heart set on “owning a coffee farm”!

Because of this, we have decided to subdivide and develop an additional 3 hectares (7.5 acres) in one of our existing high-altitude specialty coffee farms in Jaramillo, Panama.

This gave us 15 x half acre parcels that can now be made available to those of you who missed out. (as of today 10 have already been sold leaving 5 currently available)

This is for you, if you are looking to diversify outside of traditional real estate, outside of stocks, bonds and mutual funds, and into cash flowing farmland that produces the worlds favorite drink, Coffee!

With 11 operating specialty coffee farms in our portfolio, on-site nurseries, a proprietary wet & dry processing mill and quality testing laboratory, we have the Team, infrastructure and channels to market already established for you.

Just last week we sent our first full container of green coffee to Japan! This was an exciting milestone in our development and growth as a coffee company.

These 5 parcels will be located in the same Jaramillo region as the last 5 farms that we acquired.

The altitude there ranges from 1,600 meters to 2,000 meters above sea level.

In Specialty Coffee there is a direct correlation between Altitude and Quality. The higher the altitude, the better the coffee.

So we are really excited about the coffee that will be produced in this region.

This land will be planted later this year during the annual planting season with a combination of 5 or 6 of the most in-demand varietals of coffee on the market today, that are best suited to growing in our region.

They are all Arabica, and the varietals include Typica, Caturra, Catuai, Pacamara, Bourbon, and the world-famous Geisha.

These parcels are available at $18,000 each plus 5% transfer tax and offer a proforma average annual return of 12%. Discounts start at 3 parcels and up.

To reserve your parcels, simply respond to this email.

We look forward to getting you on your way to passive annual cashflow that is uncorrelated to the volatility of the stock market, so you can make money while you sleep and create a legacy income for your heirs.

The best time to plant a tree was 20 years ago. The next best time is today!
