1st Chocolate bar order heading to Japan!

Article categories:

We are very excited to announce that our new Japanese partners have secured their 1st order of finished chocolate bars, and we are sending our very first shipment from the new Panama chocolate factory to Japan!

Our new client is one of the largest trading companies in Japan, and they are eager to have our bars in-country and available for sale next month. The typical lead time to prepare, pack, and ship a container is 10 weeks, with another 4 weeks at sea then clearing customs.

So, to meet our client’s expectations and ensure that we did not sacrifice our premium Quality in a rush to try and produce sufficient Quantity, in such a short period, we offered to deliver 1 mixed pallet with 6,400 bars by airfreight, just to get them started.

On condition that all future orders have an MOQ (minimum order quantity) of 60,000 bars.

This condition has been accepted, and we look forward to building a long and profitable relationship and distribution channel together.

We have spent 2 ½ years building the relationship with our Japanese partners and 6 months working on the distribution agreement with our new client.

The Japanese move carefully and think long-term, even generational when they do business, which suits our business model and us down to the ground.

Preliminary discussions have taken place about virtual coffee and cacao farm tours, followed by in-person tours from Japan when the world returns to "normal" and people can travel again in large groups.

This channel will open the door to large sales volumes of all our coffee and chocolate products from both Panama and Belize.

The bars for this order are being produced at the new Panama factory and provide revenue for the current cacao/chocolate Offering, Peini Cacao Plantation, LLC.

We are incredibly excited about the interest shown in the Japanese market for our products. Coupled with the acceptance of our bars into Riba Smith, the most prominent high-end supermarket chain in Panama, we are well on our way to meeting our national and international sales and distribution targets.

If you are an Accredited Investor and are in a position to join this exciting project at this advanced stage, well, your timing could not be much better.
