CAFFEINATE YOUR CASHFLOW!

With the recent exciting news about our new Cannabis Financing and our private Island Syndication in Belize with their “sexy” ROI’s, it may be easy for some of you to lose sight of our core business model and what got us to where we are today.

Owning and operating 12 Specialty Coffee Farms in Boquete, Panama! Just for starters.

The Specialty Coffee business is a long term, patient investment that takes time to build, plant, maintain and reach full production. Not like flipping houses…or an Island!

But when the coffee farms do reach full production, they can and will produce amazing high-end specialty coffee and passive cashflow, for generations.

So, owning some steady, slow moving agricultural land as part of your portfolio can provide a smart counterbalance to the rest of your potentially more volatile, high yielding assets.

Especially with todays current economic climate and with what some think is a pending correction, having some hard assets offshore that produce a specialty crop that is uncorrelated to the volatile and manipulated stock market.. is not a bad idea.

Now, add to the fact that specialty coffee from the Boquete region, where our farms are located, is now considered some of the most expensive and sought after coffee in the world….well, Specialty Coffee farm ownership starts to look a bit sexy too!

The Best of Panama specialty coffee auction resulted in record-breaking Geisha from Elida Estate that fetched $1,029 per pound.

We are very proud of what we have built in our little corner of the world. Slowly adding farms 2 or 3 per year, our nursery, building processing facilities, adding a laboratory and even our own retail outlet.

Later this month we will be sending out our 4th consecutive annual Owners report with our 4th consecutive annual distribution.

We are happy to report that we have exceeded this year’s projected average sales price per pound with our Geisha even exceeding the average projected price for year 20 in our proforma projections!

Granted there was only a few hundred pounds of this coffee this year, but the concept is well and truly proven and the crop will come.

The Quality is there and improving year on year.

We have grown at a sustainable pace and we are well placed for the next growth phase of the business.

Over the next few years the 300,000 + saplings we planted over our 12 farms will start to reach production and we will then have the increased Quantity to match the current Quality.

There have of course been a few bumps in the road, as in life, but we are on track.

So if you have one eye on asset protection with the possibility of an economic correction on the horizon but would also like some cashflow and infinite returns from your hard earned money….adding some of the remaining high altitude coffee farm parcels in our current farm will allow you to achieve your goals.
