We are extremely proud and excited to introduce to you, our brand-new range of authentic, fine flavor chocolate bars, created exclusively for the benefit of our Class A Unitholders in our latest Offering, Peini Cacao Plantation, LLC.

This exciting and delicious range of high-quality, specialty chocolate bars will be sold exclusively here in Panama, before being offered online and for international distribution, once we have fully developed the production and logistics locally.

For those of you already invested in Peini Cacao Plantation, LLC, you can proudly share these images with your family and friends and show them YOUR amazing, authentic chocolate bar brand.

The design process was a lot of fun, with 35 designers from around the world submitting hundreds of ideas to choose from. We spent weeks of tweaking before narrowing down to one designer and one final design, which we are delighted to share with you today.

The chocolate bar recipes were created in late 2019 by our Belizean and Swiss Chocolate Makers, Armando Choco and Werner Ruegsegger, respectively.

As we speak, conversations are ongoing with some of the largest food distributors in Panama to get our bars into select supermarkets and high-end stores around the country.

Keeping up with the current changes in shopping habits we have also launched our own e-commerce platform and teamed up with local online shopping providers to further penetrate the Panamanian market.

Now that the bar designs are complete, we can focus on printing, packaging and marketing material. We are exploring options with various providers from the US, Colombia and here in Panama.

While all of this is going on, we are also sourcing the chocolate making equipment needed for this first phase of production. With a full “bean to bar” production line being designed and delivered over the coming months.

So, with the farms planted, processing depot operational, chocolate bar recipes finalized, packaging created, chocolate making equipment en-route and distribution channels under negotiation…I think it’s fair to say that we have the “4 P’s of Marketing” well and truly coming together!
